Ph.D. Students
Heesoo Jeong earned her BS and MS in Food and Nutrition at Sookmyung Women's University in Seoul, Korea where she examined molecular crosstalk between nutrition and ageing and dietary impacts
on lipid profiles. She joined the Division of Nutritional Sciences at Cornell University as a Ph.D. student in the autumn of 2018 where she combines the application of proteomic, bioinformatic,
and targeted metabolic investigative methods to deduce protein regulatory networks controlling cellular metabolism.
